Today Abigail brought Shep and August over to see the chickens. Shep is a little timid about being too close or touching them, but he finally got brave and touched one. August wasn’t concerned at all and he was ready to pet and hold one as soon as he saw them. They were really cute and I had to get a few pictures. The chickens really do attract everyone to go out and visit and play with them. We are really enjoying them.
I also want to mention Joey as I have not said much about him lately. He had his MRI done yesterday and got his results the same day. He was again – Stable. It is so good to hear those words as I always worry right before he gets one done. We are blessed.
I was going to ask about Joey when I saw his children on the last post. So happy to hear he is doing well and scans are stable. Such a blessing!

I know I haven’t mentioned Joey much lately and he only has MRIs twice a year now. He has been stable now for quite awhile which is really amazing. This is not what he was told to expect. We are very grateful. And, the chickens have been such a source of entertainment and we love checking for eggs every morning. I never knew we would like them so much.
