More Jamestown

I went back to my computer and found some of the pictures I meant to post last night. So, I’ll put them up tonight. Lately, I have had a lot of computer and blog issues which I hope to get worked out soon. It is very frustrating to me as I basically know nothing about computers. But, I have hope I will get everything worked out so I can blog easier.

I enjoyed going to Jamestown so much that I think we will be going to Williamsburg soon. I do love Williamsburg and all the gardens and fences and houses. I find it very calming and could just walk Duke of Glouster St. almost all day long.

Jamestown

Yesterday we went to Jamestown for a field trip. It was a really nice day to go and we had such a good time. The only disappointment was that the kids wanted to see the remains of Jamestown Jane and I think that was in a different part than the Jamestown settlement where we spent most of our day.

The museum was great and we watched a few videos and walked all over. It was so peaceful there that my friend and I both said we could live in the fort and be very content. After walking most of the day and seeing everything the kids wanted see we went to the gift shop where they spent a good 30-40 minutes deciding what they would buy. It was a really good day and we are planning on going to Williamsburg next.

I still have Bald Head pictures I plan to post, but I really wanted to get up our pictures of yesterday before I got too lazy to get it done. I’m trying to get back to getting things posted especially since Aria said she’s not in our blog books very much. That is mainly because I have slowed down so much lately, but I do want Aria to have the same enjoyment looking at our blog books as the other girls do so I’m going to try to do better.

Well, after adding my pictures I see something happened and pictures I didn’t even intend to post came up. I have had computer problems all day today. I can’t seem to get things right so I can blog easily again. But, I am leaving the pictures as I don’t have the energy to go back and find the correct pictures and get them loaded. I had too much trouble already today trying to get that done. Maybe I will do that tomorrow.
