Today our special thing to do was to eat the Limited Edition Peppermint Ice Cream that Edy’s puts out at Christmas. I had been looking for it for over a week and finally found it. The kids loved it and thought it was a fun “special thing” – especially since they all love ice cream so much. Sarah would not eat it as she is very picky about food. So, I let her have some chocolate ice cream and she was happy. But, it was definitely a hit with everyone else and kind of Christmasy.
