Today our special thing was to bake chocolate chip cookies. They ate every cookie they made so we had none left over to give to the neighbors — that will be another day. Then they played outside in the snow and I think that was the most fun they have had for days and days. We have very little snow but enough for them to play in and make a few snowballs.
It is snowing and sleeting a little tonight so I am hoping the roads will be ok tomorrow because the kids perform their Christmas program. Our power has been out for about 8 hours and I’m sure it won’t be back on until tomorrow sometime. Thank goodness we have a generator.
