Today our special thing was very small, but still special. I bought chocolates for the kids and they ate them as we read a Christmas book. They almost always immediately ask for me to read when they have a snack or any special food. Actually, Sarah saves her breakfast most mornings to eat as I read. So, it was a small thing today, but counts. Truthfully, I almost didn’t get it done and the chocolates were a late decision, but they loved it and it was a nice evening reading. I didn’t take any pictures as it was late and dark and rainy so I will just post a few more from yesterday when we decorated the tree. It is so nice that it is done.
