Today at church Piper went forward to be baptised. She has been asking about going forward for awhile and this past week she told me she definitely felt ready.
After church John’s kids and Joey’s came over and played. The kids had a blast running around playing soccer and whatever else they played. They stayed out all afternoon. Joey was busy painting my cabinets as they were starting to look rather bad. My kitchen is a disaster right now, but it will be worth it when he is finished. After he finishes the cabinets we have painters coming to paint the rest of the kitchen. It took me some time, but I was finally able to pick a color thanks to my girls – Meredith and Emily.
Bethany stayed on the porch making cotton candy for everyone most of the time – it takes a long time to make that much cotton candy.
