Today for our special thing we walked and looked at Christmas lights at a local school. They did a nice job of decorating and the kids really enjoyed walking around and looking at everything. It was something we actually haven’t done before – other than walking our neighborhood to look at lights. We went while it was still fairly light and stayed till dark. It was a hit with the kids and they got to run around and get some energy out.
Today our book from our bag was One Splendid Tree by Marilyn Helmer and everyone enjoyed it. We pretty much enjoy all of our Christmas books, but some a little more than others. We do have a few that are really special to us.
