Sisters

Katie came by a few days ago and brought an autumn cookie decorating kit and hot chocolate for the kids. They had so much fun decorating and having hot chocolate. I was going to save it all till it was a little more fallish, but figured why wait. Big sisters can be great. Megan sent an ice cream truck over a few days ago and bought all the kids two ice creams. That thrilled the kids as we never have the ice cream truck come to our house – again, big sisters can be great. It makes me happy to see them do stuff like this for their siblings even after they have moved out and have families of their own.
