Sunday Morning

Today Bethany sang a solo in church. I only have a small clip because as I was recording it my daughter called and cut the video off. I quickly declined the call and turned the camera back on, but it obviously messed up my recording. My daughter said it was actually her three year old that did it and not her. So, I only have a short clip of her singing, but wanted to post it anyway.

So Excited!

Today Bethany got a DexCom G6 and we are so excited. This will end her getting stuck to check blood sugar 5 and 6 times a day. She said her fingers were so sore she could hardly pick up things. Now – no more sticks. This device checks her blood sugar continuously, and we will know at all times how she is doing.  She even has an alarm for blood sugar reading that are too high or low. It is on the back of her arm and she barely knows it is there and it only has to be changed every 10 days. This is so great.
